The Index traced over 200 000 public consumer mentions across X and Facebook for the period 1 January - 31 December 2025, to determine the UAE’s best and worst performing banks according to their customers.

**Rakbank** was an outlier in this year's report, finishing **38 percentage points** ahead of the next closest bank.
